30th May, a Busy Day

As if Helgoland, the May Island Race and the Saturday series weren’t enough for one day,  there was lots more activity in and around the club.

Two visitors from the Royal Brighton Yacht Club of Melbourne, Australia, dropped in and Rear Commodore Patrick Carnie presented them with a club pennant.

Then the Conserver was bedecked with flags to transport the May Queen to Newhaven Gala.
